when i get my arctic cooler, should i remove the thermal paste that they have and put my arctic silver 5...if so how will i be able to remove the thermal paste they have and when i apply as5, am i suppose to apply it on the processor or on the bak of the arctic cooler pro 64

use a credit card to take of the old thermal paste, but u don't need as5 for ur af64, it comes with an MX-1 thermal pad which is better than the as5

My af64 and new mobo comes on thursday. So ill be hooking it all up then.

I will need help from you guys on how to overclock it.
Im not sure if ill have to update the mobo bios when i get it.
I will be doing a clean win xp isntall once i get it.

And for oc i just want to go basic, i juust want to get it to around 2.2 or 2.4 ghz.

yeah rubbing alcohol, i just use swaps because i had some around
