Is this a reasonable deal?

Theres a guy I know selling the following parts for $250 (This is what he emailed me). I was just wondering if this would be worth picking up.

-Asus p4p800 deluxe motherboard
-P4. 3.0 gigs (hyper threading) 800 FSB 1 MB cache
-2 x 512 DDR 400 (1 gig)
-2 x 256 DDR 400 (512 mb)
-Coolermaster Jet 7 heatsink and fan (Jet turbine)
-ATI 800XL AGP 256 (400 core, 1 gig ram)

Any input would be very welcome.

Personally, I would say no.... If you can't afford an Intel Core2 processor, then look into an AMD processor.

nevermind... this is why I stopped posting when it is busy at work... lol. I thought you spec'd out a DIFFERENT build, and just put up prices and no components...

I don't think Ill pick these up but I'm thinking I'll either build a new comp or upgrade my old one (compaq of some sort) It has gotten too slow to quickly run programs I need like AutoCAD 2007 and Photoshop CS2 Thanks
