iTunes problem

A friend of mine was having problems with her computer some time ago and had a friend of her's fix it. Well now her iTunes doesn't work. Whenever she tries to open it or the iTunes folder she gets the message, "The procedure entry point CryptAcquireContextW could not be located in the dynamic link library MPluggin.dll". I'm not sure what's wrong. She's tried to re-install it but even that doesnt work.

re-install it and any other apples software like quicktime and delete the folder from the hard drive after, and reinstall them, this happens when you have had a previous version of i tunes or anyother program. just google search your error and you will get a soultion if this doesnt work
