After installing Norton 360 (BOO!) IM clients don't work.

Bad mistake...
After installing that program, it took me forever to rid of it because my computer would go HORRIBLY slow from it. Now apparently no IM clients work. I've tried AIM, Trillian, and Pidgin, and none of them can connect. I have no firewalls running, and I have no anti-virus program blocking them.
