motherboard and ram quandry

i picked up a asus m2r32-mvp mobo. anyone here have any experience with these? also they do not list many different kinds of approved ram. a lot of it are brands i have never heard of...any ideas what i should go with? thinking of mushkin. any help is appeciated.

I'm sure the memory, we usually recommend around here, is compatible.
