abit aw9d-max & e6400 pricing?

I was just wondering what do you guys think i could get for my abit aw9d-max and my e6400? i was thinking about $250 or maybe $300 if i ebay it. what do you guys think?

im just trying to upgrade to a ds3r and an e6420, or a new c2d depending on how the price drops play out, without having to put out too much cash.
