I don't think I'm missing anything....

I don't want to do SLI on this machine and probably won't ever add another Hard drive. I just want a reliable good power supply that has plenty of power for my needs but not overly excessive.

Just wait for E6750, this processors destroys 6000+ at stock speeds, it consume much less power, and it overclocks way much better

E6750 kills 6000+ in nearly all benchmarks. Supreme commander is a CPU-intensive game and it E6750 performed 33% better in that game !!!

And don't forget that E6750 only consume 65W compared to 125W that 6000+ consume !!!!!! And E6750 overclocks way much better........

If your're looking to spend that much, for a power supply, I would suggest this power supply, instead:

i never heard of that antec psu before
but dont spend that much on a power supply its not worth it and you dont need it
get a hiper or xcilio around 100 bucks that will doyou just fine and then some
