Go with the Asus p35 board, it's what I got and it's amazing.

The P5K deluxe is good but it performs just as well as the DS3R except has more features...if you don't need those features (as most don't) then the DS3R is plenty heh.

The P5K Deluxe isn't really necessary, I think the stand alone p5k board is probably the better bet and is over $50 cheaper. The only reason I have the deluxe is because it came out a week before, and I was in a hurry to get my system.
