yes you can either them on each other it's fine...you just cant Crossfire on an SLI and whatnot without hacked drivers....not that SLI or Crossfire are worth it.

That motherboard supports RAID: 0,1,0+1, so you don't need a RAID controller card. You don't need SCSI controllers unless you go with SCSI drives... which would be nuts.
