PCMCIA doesn't have nearly the speed or power to control a graphics card. You can buy external units that will power a pci-e graphics card but they cost ~$750USD plus the card itself. So unless you're one of the lucky few with an upgradeable graphics board you're pretty much sol.

well your in china so cant say exactly as there are all sorts of marketing and transportation costs to factor in, per example I live in the UK and we pay upwards of 20% the cost on most components when compared to the US market. But a good system will set you back $800USD as a desktop and $1000 ish as a laptop
