What is the best way to overclock my CPU? My 5200 runs at 2.6GHz

What is the safest speed i can have it using a HS+F?

The best way to overclock the CPU, is through the BIOS. It's the only way to get a true and stable overclock. With the stock HSF included, you could probably take it to 2.8-3.0....with an aftermarket HSF, like the Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 64, you can go a bit further. You should talk to nagasama or Apokalipse, as they are experts at AMD overclocking.

What motherboard and RAM do you have?
And are you using the stock cooler?

the best motherboards for overclocking AMD processors are those with Nforce 4 chips (for socket 939) or Nforce 570 or 590 chips (socket AM2)
