I did reset the bios but I still can't get it up to 3ghz which I am supposed to get out of that fraking Intel Pentium 4 cpu!

Before you go any farther, I would recommend taking a screen shot of the CPU-Z info, and posting it here, just so we can VERIFY that what you have is infact a 3.0 Ghz P4, and not a 2.0 Ghz chip......
