Corsair 520HX good enough for 8800gtx?

I've heard that the Corsair 520hx is a good reliable power supply, but is it enough to power a 8800gtx with RAID0 and most likely a overclocked quadcore and ram.

should be fine but if you are unsure you can always go with a 600 or 620 if you plan to get more than 2 HDD's, and overclock you components

go with the 620 its only 30 to 40 more plus if you wanna put more stuff in your system you wont have to worry if you have enough power

That's probably enough for two 8800GTX in SLI and Quad-Core. Though it would be more safe to stick with the CMPSU-620HX model if you want to add more HD in RAID and overclock, plus the dual 8800GTX.

is it really? i thought 500 was a mere nothing in PSU terms, u have makers coming out with 1000w PSU's and the OCZ 700w PSU, 500 seems like just a moderate system like mine without any quad cores or even SLI

wattage means nothing, it all depends on the amps on rails and quality
