New Intel Build

I'm going to sell my current AMD system and build a intel system this is what i have planned so far:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6600 - Retail

RAM:
Newegg.com - Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
or
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

i can't decide on ram... any help?

ok firstly get the Gigabyte P35 DS3-P Motherboard its much better than that mobo and it is compatible wit penryn. About the ram they are both very good just go with the one that is cheaper or the one with the brand you prefer.

Hey i just found this:

Has anyone heard about this motherboard? It supports DDR3 and DDR2 so maybe this would be a better choice than:
