I need help overclocking :(

Sup homeys,

I just got a AMD Opteron 146 processor. It runs at 2ghz atm.

I want to get absolutely everything i can out of it. Ive got a vaig idea of overclocking but could someone please help me if i give them more details.

I have an Asus A8N-SLI mobo.
Proc = AMD Opteron 146 processor
1GB = Bog standard memory.

My bios looks like this:-

CPU Frequency = 200
PCI Express Clock= 100mhz
DDR Voltage = AUTO
CPU Multiplier = X9
CPU Voltage = AUTo
PCI Clock Synchronization Mode = AUTO.

What do i need to change to get a **** of a lot more power

its actually 1.8ghz , but to get some juice out of it run it like this:
CPU Freq: 240
CPU multi: X10
CPU voltage: boost it up by .050v from what it running now

if your computer doesnt POST then simply remove the battery from the motherboard for 5 minutes then put it back in and go to a lower setting from what i posted here
