Overclocking E6420

So, I wanna overclock my E6420, and figured I would come here. I have a e6420, and an Asus P5NSLI. I have also never done this before, so I will prolly ask alot of noob questions.

IT is saying I should overclock, b/c my motherboard is not their, and i have this "nForce590/570 Intel Edition " Which it says is not reccamended

So, stay away from overclocking. Also
i downlaoded core temp. It says my processor is a E6500? I have a 6420. Also it says tjunction 85ºC. Core #0 37ºC, Core #1 37ºC. Is that normal temperautres?

Ok, will Everest Home, check temps? Are those temperuatres extremly high?

Everest Home does EVERYTHING, except make coffee. Its under the sensors section. 85C is extremely high but dont worry, thats an incorrect reading. cpu idle temps should be from 25 to 40c

Its about 40ºC. And Im idling right now. Should I think about a cooler? I got a thing that is attached to my case, that is supposed to take the air from the fan on the CPU and push it out./
