Battlefield 2 giving artifacts on 8800 GTS 320MB

Recently i bought a new graphics card which is a 8800 GTS 320MB and i have seen some artifacts and never have overclocked and it only happens with some guns and some places and the trees appear yellow and also the gun. it is playable and no performance degrading but it is just annoying. is anyone having this problem? or maybe i should update my battlefield 2? my driver are all up to date to 158.22 and also i haven't had any artifacts issue on other games.

Dont tell me this dude im about to buy one of these cards but it sounds like its only the game.. if u say it dosnt do it on other games

does it happen every time you play the game, the same thing?
does it artifact during online play, or single player?
have you installed the latest bf2 patch?
if not, i would do that. if that doesnt work, i would uninstall bf2 and re-install the game and latest patch. don't worry, your online stats will still be there.
if that doesnt work, i would consider RMAing the card, tho it probably is NOT the card....its probably something to do with you install of bf2.
the only time i artifact is when i have graphics overclocked too much.
i think the newest patch OR reinstalling the game will probably fix it.
