Hey b1gapl what do you think about koolance cases? I hear from people that have them that theyre really good cases and water coolers

Is the 700W PSU it brings good enough?

The Koolance case, you showed, looks pretty good. The 700W PSU that is included, is overkill...and I don't know if that brand is trusted, for power supplies.
