1280x1024!?!?!? sheesh! that is way in the reach of the 8800gts, heck, a x1600 could probally run it at that maxed out... run it with 16x qaa 16x af and youll still probally get frames 50+

get the 320, save yourself money. why reccomend him hitachti, seagate barracudas are the best...

get a ds3, yes. or if you want sli, keep the one you have now.

yea, definatly change to G.Skill HZ ram, if you are overclocking. if you aren't overclocking, get the cheapest DDR800 you can find

Also, get a cheaper motherboard. If you really want SLi, probably get a 650i based board, or if not, then a 965 based board.

Personally, I would choose a P35 DS3R mobo and forget about SLi. P35 is good chipset because it is extremely overclockable and Penryn compatible.

Hi fellow uk chap here get a Seagate barracuda HDD, ive got a 300GB one and its fast/very quiet and there reliable.
If you have a 17" screen then stick with the 320MB 8800

Just wondering because it is more of a widescreen that monitors and not sure if it will be suitable.
