R ranran Baseband Member Messages 58 Jun 27, 2007 #1 When i turn on my computer i hear a really loud vibrating noise, sounds like one of my fans is working 10x harder than it should be. its like "WAAA-WAAA-WAAA-WAA" should i open my case and run it to see what happens? I just got a new gfx card to.
