ABIT KV8 K8T800 any good?

For an AMD 64 2800+? I can get $82 off at newegg, but it's not in stock . Would it be worth it to wait? Or get something like an ASUS K8V SE Deluxe?

EDIT, or is the CHAINTECH "SK8T800" any good either? I know these boards are cheap, but there's the deals w/ the processor...
