how do i do that?? Or would it just be easier to get a eide internal HD, the one i have now is a sata internal

That is what i mean remove the sata hard drive & plug in a ide hard drive if you have one & i know it might sound stupid but (( MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SET THE BOOT ORDER )) just check & make sure you have cd rom first & hard drive second..

yes i was able to get it to reg. a IDE hard drive

well i only not long ago took back a sata hard drive because it was causing problems & now ive gone back to good old reliable IDE hard drives , So either send that hard drive back to the supplier & swap for a ide.. or wait & someone else might be able to help you

hes problem is the bios will not reconize hes sata hard drive

ok i got it from BestBuy this pass monday they where on sale lol, so if i cant get it to work I'll swap for the IDE lol
