My computer is slow? WTF?

There are 'how to tweak windows' sites out there and on one of them a got a nifty 'idle process defragger' It works well and when i get home I can post the command line that can be pasted into a shorcut.

have you actually used Vista? Vista is more stable than XP dont believe what you read on the web or anywhere else

yes i agree the vista dfrag is weird and you can still do a disk cleanup in the same place as XP, right click on HD and then disk cleanup. anyway download tuneup utilities: TuneUp Utilities - Download

run the various programs such as registy cleanup and oneclick matinance, i ran it on an xp computer which was slow but after that it was a bout 30% quicker

i was about to mention that , excellent software
