Why would you want to watercool? Are you temps too high with air cooling?

A good watercooling system is at least $250. If you're spending less, it's not really worth it. Just get the best aircooling.

HSF like the Tuniq should be overkill over most overclockers.

I had that, it worked pretty good and kept cpu temperatures below 25 celcius with decent overclocking, although my mobo was like 55 celcius under load ( might have been my defective overheating 8800 gtx's fault )
