is this a good O/C

i have a athlon 64 3800 veince, stock 2.41Ghz, ive O/C to 2.6Ghz (with stock cooling) temps are 49C idle and 61 load, should i push it anymore?

i have the frequency at 217 with a multiplier of 12 and the voltage at 1.520v. ive ordered a zalman fan in hope to get a higher O/C

i suggest you get a better heatsink i run the scythe ninja and my full loads are 38c on a AMD athlon x2 3600+ you can buy one at newegg for $39.99

either that or upgrade your fans i would check the airflow and upgrade to better fans all around
your new fan should help if it has better cfm than your original

after that you should be able to overclock way more
