Red Alert 2 - Internet play through IP

I,ve got around to playing good ol' Red Alert 2 again and was wondering whether it was possible to play the game over ip instead of using WOL.
With other games that use the same ipx protocol (starcraft for example) I've seen utilities for them that are able to redirect the internet play to an ip.
Are there any utilities like this floating around for RA2 (and yuri if you can)

I also dunno how to set this.
This is what i dont like about red alert, it doesnt same like warcraft can just link together n play, this 1 have to set a lot of things.

do you mean play RA2 over a network with other computers? yes it can do this and it does use IPX/SPX for LAN games. do a search about red alert or yuri's revenge. this was a sked a few times i think

but i want to play over tinternet without using wol
