Just scratched my new 22" Widescreen monitor screen!! help!

You guys are not going to believe this, but I stole some of the 4th of July Candles that my wife bought and took a white one and rubbed in on the monitor scratch. I removed the residue, and although the scratch is still there, it looks MUCH better. I would say it is 50% gone now. Im thinking if I do it again it may get most of it off!!!!!! However Candle Wax is a ***** to get off the screen and I am afraid of scratching the screen more if I keep repeating the process.

to get it off just melt it with a very low clean (blue) flame and keep wiping basically just quickly go over the area with the flame and wipe with a tissue. If you do it right and quick enough you should melt the top layer of wax and not harm the screen, just repeat the process until enough wax is gone. Have patience though what ever you do don't try and melt it all at once
