My computer beeps every couple on min.

It sounds like a phone ringing. Every is running fine. The computer runs fine and starts fine. It tried restarting it to make it quit beeping but it didn't help. The beeps are coming from the speaker inside the tower.
I have an AMD 5200+ 2.6 ghx
2 gb ram
Everything seems fine i just can't figure out why it is beeping
