Fixed the problem. With my case there is a clip thing that keeps cards on the mobo like the video card. The clip came off the video card and it wasn't seated all the way !

Sometime it's just too easy!

Turns out that was only part of the problem... a tranformer on the Asus video card came off and I found it in the case. All I need to do is solder it back on.

i doubt it to work again, once a piece of hardware falls off or just burned there is little luck in fixing it . I worked on over 50 motherboards or more with dead or damaged capacitors only 2 i got to work the rest were unstable and useless
