no. if your ram is stable and your cpu is stable, your system is stable.
do you mean will clocking your ram high lower your overclock? that all depends. you should max out your cpu overclock first, then work the ram up to its max.

Yea I am going away for a week and I am going to work on it more when I get back. But I was just wondering how high I can take the voltage?

The voltage and clock will be limited by temps. You do not want to Exceed 60C on max load.

It's just logical, not to go above 60C on load. As well as upping the voltage, depends on the temperature.
