What's a decent software that I can use:

The situation is that I have a few volumes of Neil Gaiman's Sandman comics, so it's all images.

Is there a way/ software to batch edit this into a pdf file?

adobe acrobat pro will do the job.

Well, is it as easy as just selecting all the images, turning them into a page by page document?

if they are already jpegs, gif or png, get winrar. name the images in number order. right click all of them and select add to archive.

now go to windows folder options and select "show file extensions". rename the .rar part to .cbr. go to folder options and undo what you just did.

now install this. don't launch it at the end of the install.

click on you cbr file (comic). go ahead and post back on how you are so amazed that it now look like a comic book on the computer.

It would be that easy, if only I didn't have 60+ chapters...

I thought I could easily combine all the files together, in one go. But the idiot who uploaded the comic was really bad at organizing the files.

So instead of something like this:

Chapter 1, image 2

It's

image2

So when I compiled all the files in adobe.

I got

02

instead of

0107
0201
0202
