Hey recless03,
Welcome to T.F.!!

What is your overall budget, for this computer?

I heard the only good Rosewill models, are the RP550s, so get this instead:
Newegg.com - Rosewill RP550V2-D-SL 550W SLI Ready-ATX 12V V2.01 Power Supply 115/230 V CSA,UL,TUV - Retail

And I agree with motoxer4533, with the RAM choice. G. Skill is the brand to go for.

I would also go for the e6320, but this is a better motherboard choice for the e6320, instead of that ECS board:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3) LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Thanks for the suggestions and my overall budget is between $600-$650 but I think the AMD Athlon X2 5200+ would be a better dual core for me because I really don't overclock and I want the cpu to run atleast at 2.0GHz without having to overclock.
