huy guyz im about to buy this hard drive (80G maxtor SATA 7200rpm 8mb buffer) and i know there is a lot of stuff to deal w/ the SATA stuff so can you guyz tell me what i need to do to have my SATA up and runnung??? thx

plug it in with the cable provided. You dont have to do anything.

Make sure that u mobo support SATA

MAke sure you switch the SATA controller on
Took me a day to figure out I had it in the off position. So frustrating
