Image fragments in XP taskbar

I have a Dell Inspiron 4100 w/ Win XP Home, and usually when I am online, I have Mozilla and Trillan running. During this time, the bottom two or three pixels of my screen contain fragments of what appears to be the Mozilla window. How do I eliminate these?
