Yes it is....But like Ste said, for your system the Fortron 400W. Or if you want, with room for future upgrades, XClio 550, HIPER 580w...etc..

The OCZ looks pretty good...I'm not a big fan of them becuase of the massive ripple on the GameXtreme models but still are good units.

Honestly Im not sure but I would not be surprised if the StealthXStream also has ripples in it since it is actually lower quality than the Game

The GameXStream is not to say "bad" but the rails are not stable for a PSU that high quality. Depending on the system and if they like to run the 600w close to full load (which is a little hard) the ripples on the 12's won't matter much but still. The ripples on them are around negative 3-6% which is not very good for a "high quality" PSU as you know. This is why I don't like them.
