Found out the problem... but how to fix it?

ok. I've been trying 3dmark06, i wana get past 7k, but this computer is being a total pain in the @ss. (see specs) I've figured out my fps have been so low, because the bandwidth on my pci-e bus is only x1 right now. even when running games its at x1. how do i fix this problem...

I checked everything... set the pci frequency to 100... no... tried 101.. no tried 103... no... i might try to get rid of the oc... i also tried adding .1 v to the nb... no... set default settings... no...

i still get a nice 700fps with the cube thing, but my 3dmark scores are horribly low (3dmark06 - 3441)
