Yes the Thermalright Ultra-120 extreme is the best, but the most expensive. The Tuniq is at the top with the best, and not as expensive, so a lot of people will go for the Tuniq instead of the extreme. The Arctic Freezer 7 Pro, is really good for it's price range, and most people will get it, to get the best bang for your buck. So I'd say if you really have the money, extreme. If you have the money, Tuniq. If on a budget, AF7 Pro.
