I'm all out of ideas. but, if its only 1 year old, maybe you still have the warranty to fall back on.

lol nope he had a 3month warranty

but one thing I forgot is when he got it after like 4months the left part of the screen had a blue line all the way down and then 2 months later a big red line on the other side so maybe that could be some reason?

Those are signs of a faulty LCD screen, it happens to alot of LCD's and there isn't much of anything you can do about except try to return it and cross your fingers they will replace the screen. If it sounds like its loading, you hear the ticking of the processes, then it may be that your LCD screen just finally pooped out all together. You can take it to a local pc repair shop and a tech there can test it for you.
