This is the basis for the next rig I'm going to put together. Prices listed are estimated and do not include shipping. Please feel free to comment, critique, or yell at me for any of this.
The keyboard and mouse is not included, most likely a DeathAdder and a keyboard that I like the feel of.

Enjoy!

for the mobo, get an SLI-FI instead of the platuim, then get the HD with more capacity, and get a e6420 instead and overclock it....

Looks good.

^ Getting plat is fine.. Perpendicular Recording is worth like a measly few dollars and E6600 is worth it too.. This isn't a budget build, come on...

Honestly though, I would MUCH rather get a Lian-Li V1000 if I were to spend that much on a case but that's just me.

ya but 1660 that isn't such a great system

I disagree with what vernong1992 said about the motherboard and harddrive, I say keep those. Also, I would get this PSU over the one you picked Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) FX700-GLN ATX12V, V2.2/EPS12V, V2.91, 700W RoHS Quad. SLi Power Supply 100 - 240 V CSA, IEC, UL, CE, TUV - Retail If you're going to OC, get the e6420, if you're not, then I guess keep the e6600. You won't need anywhere close to 700W for this build, but it futureproofs your system somewhat and has a high efficiency rating.

Thermaltake Toughpowers are good too, and modular while the FSP isn't which is something he might want with his case window.

The PSU is definatly there for accomidation. I don't want to run into problems later on down the road. And why can't I just overclock the 6600?
