stuck between 2 PSUS

I don't know which one to get... its gona be powering my system (see sig). I'm dirt poor right now, so dont reccomend me anything higher than 60...

heres the 2 i fuond that look good...

i just order the Xcilo 500 Watt for 50 bucks on newegg for my good friends build and it works great for him
he is running.

the logysis psu i have right now is giving me a STUNNING 6000 on 3dmark05!!! YOWZA





im thinking the xcilo or the rosewill, the rosewill has more amps, and more reviews, but the xcilo just seems more reliable, but i buy a LOT of rosewill stuff, and I like them, they're reliable, never heard of xcilo :?.

I can't wait till i get my psu... I get to give this psu some hammer time
