Big decision, which video card?

Phanto I already knew its un-returnable if I turn in the mail in rebate, that doesnt matter thought cause its un-refundable anyways by Neweggs policy. However I was wondering if I could still RMA it

"As long as the sticker with the serial number is still attached to the
video card the video card will see have its warranty."

Says the RMA guy at EVGA...I'm still not 100% sure thought...
