Will be using this for light gaming and a lot of multi-tasking and media. Please recommend other parts if necessary. Trying to keep it in the $600-$700 range.

Graphics card? Aftermarket CPU cooler? Your RAM choice is great. I'd try and make some room for a reasonable graphics card.

Yep....G. Skill is always a great choice, when it comes to RAM. You can go for the E6320, to save a bit of money, because it can overclock easily. A cheaper, better motherboard would either be:

Thanks fixed it. Need help picking a PSU. Video card will either be a 7600 or 7900. Will look up on that later. I think i will keep the 6420 because I don't plan on overclocking anytime soon.

Thanks a lot. Added an eVga GeForce 7600GT. What is the difference between the DS3 1.3rev and 3.3rev boards seeing how the 3.3rev is a bit more expensive. Also, is the difference in power between the 6320 and 6420 worth the extra money?

The only difference I see between revs 1.3 and 3.3, is that 1.3 just has a slightly lower model audio chipset. Not a big deal. The power between the e6320 and e6420? You mean the speed or power usage? Theres no big difference between them. Except the e6420 has a high stock speed by like 300MHz, and a higher multiplier. But both have the same overclocking potential. I'd go for the e6320 though.
