I don't know much about how this happens, but I know basically what it is. With the system in my sig? Will I experience this at all? I'm about to order my processor so I mean, would I experience bottlenecking with an E6320??

No, a faster CPU will give a little more performance but its no where close to being worth the money.

I would get a better PSU like a Corsair HX 520w instead.

OK, well A) I already have my PSU B) I don't have the money for a corsair PSU and C) I'm asking about processors. EVerything else I am solid with, I just want to know which proc is better for the money, the E6420 or the E6320? I will be OCing

If you buy a retail cpu it will come with the thermal paste applied and ready to install, if you buy it OEM then you would have to buy some yourself.

but to answer your orig. question, no you won't experience any bottlenecking with your rig.

bottlenecking occurs in almost every system, and even a top of the line core 2 needs to be oc'd some to make full use of the 8800gtx.

this is displayed in one case here, and there are many cases of this happening, point being, cpu's today can't really unleash 8800gtx's full potential unless your an overclocker.
