my music folder crashes every time...

I don't know why but when I access my music folder, it crashes instantly. I have inspector IIXII but i don't understand what the crash logs mean so I thought I'd post it up here. I heard that only the first line was necessary (plus i can't post the entire thing; too long).

EXPLORER.EXE 6.00.2900.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158) caused exception C0000005 at address 036FA860 (Base: 1000000)

Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks.

i think theres a problem with explorer.exe

So does that have anything to do with my music folder or just explorer.exe in general? I clicked on fix but it still crashes everytime I go to my music folder.

Should I do "automatically fix file system errors" or "scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" or both?

Thanks I think that fixed it. I know this is unrelated but I wanted to get rid of this problem too. Sometimes I get this message that pops up that says "Please wait while Windows configures Sonic Cineplayer Decoder Pack" and then there's an error and it says it can't find the .msi file. I don't know why it insists on installing it and at seemingly random times too. I click cancel and i have to keep on clicking on it a lot of times in order to make it go away; how can I get rid of that?

reinstall roxio. I would back up your music now, too.
