Sound distortion Crackling

I have a P5B Deluxe, and I know there are lots of instances of crackling on this mobo, I believe i have a different problem.

My sound is fine UNTIL the CPU gets used at all then it Goes crackerly and skips alot.

It was fine a few days ago but now Massive problem??

Any ideas?

Try other drivers (newer or older ones).

it was working fine then suddenly did this.

I've update my sound drivers makes no difference...?
