Is this PC worth upgrading?

I used a program called HWiNFO32 to get the system specs:

Processor: AMD Athlon XP 1800+
Memory: (unknown) 512mb PC2700 DDR-SDRAM
Motherboard: ECS K7VMM+
Video Card: GeCube Radeon X700

I have about $100-$150 for parts to increase gaming performance (hopefully be able to play Neverwinter Nights 2). I dont know much about what parts would make the biggest difference. Anyway, suggestions and ideas are welcome.

for an older game like that you should be able to play it decently with getting another 512 stick... but honestly, your system is very dated. I would suggest saving your money and building a new system...

Agreed with Nukem. That system is very old, and you shouldn't put anymore money into it. Just save the money.

OK! Thanks a lot for the advice. Can you guys point me to any sites that provide budget/quality (and updated) PC builds? I'm still looking through these forums.

you should go for a personalized pc build with tech forums's guildance, unless your looking for preassembled
