Mushkin usually due to them being very overclockable and good. OCZ doesn't make bad ram but mushkin make very good ram..expensive as well.

How reliable is Mushkin? and would they also dissipate alot of heat?

Mushkin as far as I know have always made very excellent memory. I don't see why they would since DDR2 ram with heatspreaders all stay kind of around the same temps.

Both the mushkin and OCZ are expensive.

i think mushkin extreme ram is just regular mushkin ram with a removable heatspreader on it?
