asus vs gigabyte

I'm building comp with an amd 64 processor. I have seen many builders use asus boards; however, i plan to use a gigabyte board (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-128-241&depa=0). Is asus better than gigabyte of vice versa.

Its one of those arguments much like Ford vs. Chevy when it comes to cars. Its all user preference, although the majority of people I know use Asus and wouldn't use anything but. I ordered the Asus K8V.
