Vista wont reconize harddrive!

the driver info is D:\Other\GSATA\Driver\x32 on my gigabyte cd. I copy those files to a floppy disc. when I install xp or vista, I hit f6 at the beginning of the install to install sata or scsi drivers. I think vista have a "have disc" option when it can't find the hard drive

you can also import the driver into the xp or vista cd with nlite or vlite
 
ya i have the option to browse for drivers because it cant find a drive. I imported the ones you posted above and it didnt work.
 
yeah i can see my hdd in my bios.

My hdd is plugged into Sata1 on my mobo and my dvd drive on Sata2 is that right
 
any more ideas guy im getting desperate here for any solution considering I just spent 1500 dollars and spent 3 hours putting it together and its useless right now.
