Vista wont reconize harddrive!

K well I built my pc today which was one battle now I turned it on and booted from my dvd drive with vista dvd in it.. i got through where you pick what type of vista it is and your language and stuff but when I get to the screen where you want to install vista on it cant find my harddrive.. I have a seagate and it does reconize it in the bios though..

Seagate 320gb SATA2
Ultra PSU
2gb ddr2
dvd writer
 
You may have to load SATA drivers from the disk that came with the motherboard before it can be found by vista, I know on an older Nforce-3 motherboard I had to load some SATA drivers so vista could find the SATA drive, but on my K9n Plat, if recognized my SATA AND removable media card slots as potential places to install vista.
 
you need to go to the mobo website or look on the mobo cd and get the sata driver
